Hello I am a mother and grandmother, I have had helth problems for a good number of years. I allso have strugled with diets ect for years but not many of them worked. Since discovering diet hunnies it has started to move in the right directio down the way and I feel that this forum is a great thing as we can all get to support one and other in a way as it is good to have some one else to talk to and share tips and problems with.
